3.1 Single Account. Each player may hold only one registered account at pk364. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 10.2 pk364's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pk364's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk364's gross negligence.
pk364's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account at pk364, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk364 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the pk364 website and/or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the pk364 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
